Finding Your Feet

In Life we learn that we must walk by faith and not by sight. But as we go through life we truly learn that this is not always easy to do. We are constantly being put into testing positions that make faith seem unrealistic. It is only until we find our feet, that we may truly find that faith is not hard to have. It is only the battle over ourselves that prohibits its growth. When we become to focused on our lives and sometimes with the lives of others we tend to loose our feet through the paths that we tread daily. We tend to create or allow distractions to rule over our eyes which in turn blinds us to what God wants us to see. We tend to allow people and their issues and problems with us guide and steer us rather than consulting God about the issues that have been addressed. As humans we often get so caught up in our "Worldly Crowns" so much so that we fail to learn from the test that God is putting us through. We must learn that God will continue to test us, not so that when we fail he can say "I told you so, you should have listened to me" but in testing us he strengthens our faith. The Stronger the faith the farther we will truly be able to go.God has dominion over all, and his kingdom is limitless. With God's kingdom and power being so infinite, why do we put constraints on ourselves in life. Why is it that we tell ourselves lies like, I can't do this because of that or I wont do this because I am this person? What authority do we have to say what is and isn't possible for us or anything for that matter. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. So if we have real faith we shouldn't say that we can't, we must have faith that if our father says Go we will follow him blindly, for we cannot see where we are going, but after finding our feet, we must put one foot over the other and go. The path that God has for our lives is far greater than anything that we could ever imagine for ourselves. When we intrust our lives to ourselves we see that we will put things in our life that God never ordered. So in short we must find our feet and walk by faith.

I want to pose a few questions, answer these within yourself.

Are you challenging your mind to think and see beyond what you know and can grasp?

Do you think that God can transform you?

These are just a few questions to ask yourself.
